Grooming Centre contributed to the private sector’s effort to battle the pandemic by donating the sum of Twenty million naira (N20,000,000.00). Fifteen million naira (N15,000,000.00) to the private sector Coalition Against COVID-19 (CACOVID), and five million naira (N5,000,000.00)to the Lagos State Government, to help in the fight against COVID-19 in Nigeria.

These contributions represents the Centre’s r solidarity with other private sector peers, the Lagos State Government and the Federal Government in their effort to┬álimit the effects of the pandemic. Furthermore, in partnership with SESOR Empowerment Foundation, the Centre provided rapid and effective emergency relief in cash assistance and food supplies to 289 internally displaced women in Lagos and Benue States. The goal is to provide community relief to those who are most vulnerable now as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Centre also received a personal donation of a hundred face masks from a kind benefactor, this was distributed across the organisation.
